When I did, it just told me to run it again. I ran vboxconfig, and all it did was show a couple of messages telling me to insert my password, so I did. Where: supR3HardenedMainInitRuntime what: 4 VERR_VM_DRIVER_VERSION_MISMATCH (-1912) - The installed support driver doesn't match the version of the user. Make sure that you are not mixing builds of VBox from different sources. Executing sbin/vboxconfig may correct this this. The installation of VirtualBox was apparently not successful. The VirtualBox kernel modules do not match this version of VirtualBox. I recently upgraded from VirtualBox 5 (I think it was around 5.2) to VBox 6.1.12 on my 64-bit computer, and now all of my virtual machines refuse to start, showing this: Client: All of them (Windows NT 4, Windows XP, and Windows ME)
